Lighting Design
A complete lighting plan for the home and estate — interior, exterior, façade, pool, and garden — coordinated with the architecture from schematic design forward. Calibrated to the warm Gulf light and to the way Naples homes are actually lived in: long evenings, indoor-outdoor entertaining, and the soft Florida twilight.
Fixture Specification
A curated palette from DMF, Lucetta, Luminii, WAC, and Visual Comfort, including DMF’s protected specification channel — a quieter, more architectural fixture line not available through general distribution.
Lighting Control
Lutron RadioRA 3, HomeWorks, and Crestron Home. Centralized scenes for breakfast, day, sunset, dinner, and late — programmed in the actual house, calibrated to the actual finishes, with beautifully engraved keypads in place of switch banks.
Motorized Shades, Drapery & Solar Screens
Essential for the Naples climate. Crestron, Lutron, and Screen Innovations: dual-track sheer-and-blackout configurations, drapery tracks, outdoor-rated solar screens for lanais, and retractable insect screens — all coordinated with the lighting scenes.
Landscape Lighting
Garden Light LED, Coastal Source, and FX Luminaire. Salt-tolerant brass and machined-aluminum fixtures with 20-year warranties. Pool, fountain, and façade lighting integrated with the interior.

We engage during schematic design, in collaboration with the architect, interior designer, and builder. Design fees are credited toward the fixture and control package on full-scope engagements — the design investment funds itself.
